AVIS DE RAPPEL IMPORTANT – Manicotis au fromage Kirkland Signature – Article de Costco n° 22027
Nous procédons au rappel volontaire Kirkland Signature (article de Costco no 22027/28422) à un entrepôt Costco du Canada, vendu entre le 24 décembre 2022 et le 12 janvier 2023 en raison de la présence possible de fil métallique pouvant occasionner un risque d’étouffement.
À ce jour, deux incidents concernant ce produit ont été signalés. Si vous avez les manicotis au fromage en votre possession, ne les consommez pas. Vous pouvez les retourner en entrepôt Costco, où ils vous seront entièrement remboursés.

IMPORTANT RECALL NOTICE – Kirkland Signature Cheese Manicotti – Costco Item #22027
Costco is voluntarily recalling the Kirkland Signature Cheese Manicotti (Costco item # 22027/28422) at a Costco warehouse in Canada sold between December 24, 2022 and January 12, 2023, due to the possible presence of a metal wire, which could pose a choking hazard.
There have been two reported incidents with this product to date. If you have the Cheese Manicotti in your possession, do not consume it. You may return the Cheese Manicotti to a Costco warehouse to obtain a full refund.
